The PLATANIA PROJECT is located at Platania village, 40 km from Rhodes town centre and 10 km to Lindos and superb beaches. It is a Greek village house of 150 years old of 30 m2 which was the house of my mother Eleftheria.
Platania village is an authentic, hospitable small Greek village. There is only one tavern and has a population of about 100 people.
Fully restored to its original state, it comprises of a main area by the fireplace equipped with futon beds for relaxing or sleeping. It also has a wooden mezzanine floor with two mattresses for sleeping. a small kitchen area and a private bathroom with shower, and a ceiling fan, everything needed to make this traditional house cosy and comfortable. Bed linen and towels as well as a toaster, coffee machine, hair dryer and iron are also included.
