Cancellation Policy
Αt standard rate guests are allowed to cancel free of charge up until 60 days before arrival. Any funds that may have been collected up until that moment will be refunded.
Cancellations from 60 days up until 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total rental amount. Cancellations from 7 days before arrival till the day of arrival or no shows will not be refunded.
Special offers and coupons may have different cancellation policy which will apply according to the offer and/or coupon.
Check in
From 14:00. In general we are flexible, providing the accommodation is available and ready for an earlier than 14:00 check-in. There is also an option of self check-in should you be arriving late at night etc.
Check out
Until 11:00. Again, we are flexible, subject to availability, but we can only let you know a few days prior to your departure.
Quiet hours
Greece applies quiet hours from 23:00 – 08:00 during which you are kindly requested to respect neighbours and the local rules and regulations.
Pets
We love them but are unfortunately not allowed.
Parties & Events
Are not allowed.
Smoking
Our studios and apartments are smoke free. You can smoke on all exterior areas of the property.
Breakfast and Meals
Are not included.
Bath towels & linen
Towels and linen are provided. Bath towels are not to be used outside the property, or at the beach. For stays longer than 7 nights we offer complimentary housekeeping every week, where towels and linen are changed along with a quick cleaning session.
Pool towels
Pool towels are provided.
